Tailored Approach
At Crossline Law, we believe that a unique person(s) and set of circumstances are at the forefront of every legal file we handle. This is why, whether you have just lost a loved one and need guidance on administering their estate, or need advice on drafting the right document for your business, we apply a tailored approach to each client in order to help you make an informed decision.
Affordable and Flexible Fees
Since our client base consists of individuals, families, and small business owners, we always strive to keep our fees affordable and flexible to suit each client’s financial needs.
We understand how intimidating and unpredictable legal fees can be. This is why we charge a flat fee for certain matters, and offer bundled legal fees for others. Some matter may require an hourly rate, depending on the nature and complexity of the file.

Crossline Law Professional Corporation focuses on real estate law, wills & estates, and estate administration (probate), providing personalized legal services to individuals and families across Ontario.
Clement Mbulu is the founder and principal lawyer at Crossline Law. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2017, Clement is committed to providing sound legal advice that helps his clients achieve their goals and meet their individual needs. Whether it is helping a young couple with their first home purchase and customizing their estate plan, or guiding a grieving family through the complex and often stressful probate process, Clement delivers prompt, caring, and efficient service. For clients who are elderly or have mobility issues, and where feasible, Clement is willing to meet at their home or in hospital. At Crossline Law, you are more than a file.
Prior to establishing Crossline Law, Clement worked at a reputable mid-sized cross-border and wealth management law firm in the Rosedale neighbourhood of Toronto, where he gained experience drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. He also worked at a boutique labour and employment law firm in Mississauga, where he represented both employers and employees on a range of employment litigation matters.
With eight years of practice behind him, Clement continues to invest in his professional growth through ongoing legal education, regular attendance at law-related workshops and seminars, and close ties with a network of senior practitioners in the field.
In his spare time, Clement enjoys reading biographies, travelling, hiking, and collecting vinyl records. He also sits on the HR Committee and serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of The Riverwood Conservancy in Mississauga.
